Rarity - Human Form - The Diva

My first digital drawing in a while. Wow...I can't tell you how emotional this is for me. I'm verklempt!!

I learned a lot with this one. This is my first image that was worked almost entirely on 1 layer. If I make mistakes, I painted over them for the most part... Also, no line-art! I tried to paint fairly zoomed out so that the stroke imperfections would remain. As a friend of mine told me, zooming into 2400% was useless seeing as those infinitesimally tiny attempts to perfect would never be seen! So it was added time for nothing. I still have a lot to learn though as she still took me about 25 hours to complete. I want to learn yet more ways to get faster and not be stuck on the tiny things!

Entirely in PS CS5.

Prints will be available and I will be making the other 5 at the very least! Luna and Celestia too...maybe even Spike, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo...I guess we'll see if I can improve on the speed thing before I get ahead of myself! lol...

EDIT: Some small improvements were made to the jewelry and to some reflective lighting issues. I'm trying to re-upload the print too but having issues so I'll deactivate it for now.
