Visual Merchandizing - Bijouterie 929

I was given carte-blanche (well, within reason) to create the Grand Opening Artwork and Display for a jewelry store I worked at. I created all the print artwork, including all the product photography, and set up the window displays as seen in the photos. The stools were painted and modified to my needs to become displays (one was carefully shortened). All the frames were painted and gently hung in an attractive sequence (the ceilings had no solid framing to hook into). The display boxes were built and painted as well. It was an incredibly fun and satisfying experience and my boss kept telling me how much the customers really loved the look!

Putting together this artwork is bittersweet as the store was in a huge fire and the owners decided not to reopen after only 8 months in operation. Everything, including the pieces I had on consignment, was destroyed.
